ITS provides several types of accounts for the 午夜影院 community to access. These accounts are administered by ITS and are designated according to your role at 午夜影院. Please choose the appropriate roles below for a description of the accounts that are available for you.

Faculty and Staff

  • Available to all 午夜影院 faculty and staff.
  • Banner
  • Banner Admin and Self-Service are available.
  • Outlook Email
  • Microsoft Outlook helps you manage and organize email messages, calendars, tasks, notes, and contacts.
  • Office 365
  • The full suite of Microsoft Office applications is available to all 午夜影院 faculty and staff.
  • Voicemail
  • Powered by Cisco, provides access to all your voicemails.
  • VPN
  • Upon request, VPN securely connects you to the 午夜影院 network off-campus.

Public Accounts

  • Event Access

Guest accounts for 午夜影院-sponsored events will be issued as temporary network accounts. Event guests may include vendors, conference attendees, lecturers, and 午夜影院-sponsored program attendees.听

  • The department sponsor is responsible for submitting an event guest account听request.
  • Event guest accounts are valid for the duration of the event.
  • Please contact ITS Service Desk听to request access at least 2 days prior to your event.听

  • Guest Access

  • All 午夜影院 Guests are required to present a 午夜影院 Guest ID card to access 午夜影院 computer听and Library resources.

    The ID card can be purchased for $25.00.听Learn how to get a guest ID.

Students

  • Available to current 午夜影院 students.
  • The learning platform for all classes.
  • Outlook Email
  • Microsoft Outlook helps you manage and organize email messages, calendars, tasks, notes, and contacts.
  • Accounts available to students enrolled in 午夜影院.

Student Employees
