Account Inactivation
When leaving ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº, accounts are inactivated based on the following criteria:Â
- Students
- If a student has completed a course, the account will become inactive after three full terms. If the student has applied to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº but has not completed a course, the account will become inactive after one full term.
- Faculty
- Based on the employee's termination date.
- Staff
- Based on the employee's termination date.
