ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº New Mexico Community College provides free licenses of Microsoft Office 365 for students, faculty, and staff.

Microsoft Office 365

ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº New Mexico Community College provides free licenses of Microsoft Office 365 for students, faculty, and staff through our Microsoft licensing agreement.

Agreement

Students, staff, and faculty can install Microsoft Office 365 on up to 5 PCs or Macs. Office apps are available for free on smartphones and tablets. Office accounts also include 1TB of OneDrive storage, managed by ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº.

Eligibility

Microsoft Office 365 can be used until you graduate or are no longer enrolled or employed at ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº. Eligibility may be re-verified at any time.

At expiration:
Office applications enter a reduced-functionality mode, meaning documents can be viewed but cannot be edited or created.
In addition:
Online services such as Office Online and OneDrive, associated with your ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº email address will no longer work.

Installing Office 365

Downloading and accessing MS Office 365 Apps requires an Internet connection. 

  1. Go to
  2. Log in with your ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº email address and password.
  3. Select Install Office > Office 365 apps.
  4. Follow the prompts to install Office 365.
