Within the Quality Assurance and Brightspace Support (QAS)聽team, LMS聽Support Technicians provide direct technical support to faculty and Learning Experience Designers integrate digital media, learning activities, and virtual scenarios and experiences into courses. The Quality Assurance and Brightspace support team provides support to all faculty at 午夜影院, regardless of modality. Additionally, the team supports quality assurance in courses related to Quality Matters, course certification and QM training.
