Values Shout Out: SIMS Team
Nominated by Alex Wells & Rachel Hessheimer: The SIMS team, which includes聽Jose Lucero, Diego Holgui, Megan Garcia, Cynthia O鈥橰ourk, Joshua Garcia, Helena Arviz, Alejandro Vazquez-Mercad, and Chris Riedel is one of the most dedicated on every campus. They have shown time and time again that they embody exceptionality by always being kind and helpful, running simulations at different hours of the day and at any campus, and are always willing to help out if need be. The SIMS team is passionate, kind, and intelligent, and has worked extremely hard to grow their program from next to nothing. They've put in so many hours and so much effort to make a well oiled machine of a department, from modernizing and streamlining their simulations, to making sure students experience what they would in the field, no matter what time or place.
