Values Shout Out: Executive Leadership Year (ELY) Cohort VIII

May is a time to celebrate graduations and that鈥檚 especially true for these 15 colleagues who completed the nine month leadership program Executive Leadership Year (ELY) last week.聽 This cohort known as ELY VIII demonstrated an exceptional commitment to the college and their own leadership development. They were caring and supported each other and their teams throughout the year. They were courageous in stepping into their authentic leadership.聽 They were ethical with their words and deeds, especially through crucial conversations and work exploring issues of equity.聽 Through it all, they were inspiring and forged a bond that will keep them connected for years to come.
