ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº

In the early morning hours of May 6, there was a burglary at STEMulus Center where ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Ingenuity team members and learners work and learn everyday. 

The vandalism and theft were staggering - not just because valuable items were lost - but because a place vibrant with community, curiosity, and caring was abused. 

That morning ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº and ÎçÒ¹Ó°ÔºI folks were on the scene, including Bonnie and Charlie from Safety, Ray and Derrick from Security, and Matt from ÎçÒ¹Ó°ÔºI Operations. To a person, they were calm and attentive. They were listening to one another and to folks directly affected by the burglary. 

The work they did that morning and to prevent such incidents demonstrates ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº's definition of courage. They boldly faced and addressed an extraordinary challenge by taking initiative, sharing responsibility and - by practicing courage - were able to care for our colleagues. It felt like the whole college had our backs.
