When I embarked on developing my own Competency-Based Education (CBE) course, I found myself facing significant challenges in the design process. Christina’s willingness to share her own CBE course as a guiding template was invaluable. Her course shell provided clarity, structure, and a strong foundation that not only made my task possible but also ensured my success.

Christina embodies the values of this award in multiple ways:

• She visualized the impossible by creating a well-structured and effective CBE course, demonstrating that complex course development can be both achievable and impactful.
• Her positivity and enthusiasm were evident in her willingness to help, offering guidance and encouragement every step of the way.
• By sharing her knowledge, she celebrated success not only for herself but also for her colleagues, reinforcing a culture of collaboration.

Without her support, my course design would have faltered, but because of her generosity and leadership, I was able to create a strong and effective learning experience.
