This employee鈥檚 superpower is meeting facilitation. We have had the privilege of being in multiple meetings led by her and she has a fantastic presence. She makes everyone feel very comfortable and she is a great speaker and presenter. She keeps things flowing (but not too rigidly) and ensures the success of the group and the objectives at hand.
