ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº sends about 6,000,000 targeted student texts a year, and Crystal Valerio has handled most of the day-to-day text messaging for the college since she joined the Proactive Communications team last fall. She is thorough, hard-working, and a natural problem solver. I've heard Crystal say many times that she likes a challenge... and she really must because she takes them on with care and thoughtfulness. This summer, our team had a large lift in helping direct students to their new advising groups. Crystal sent 75,000 personalized messages (text and email) alerting students to the change and introducing them to their new advising team. She's an invaluable member of our team and we are lucky to have her!
