Please join me in offering our warmest congratulations to Rosenda Minella, who was selected as the finalist for the position of Associate Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Success. I am happy to share that she has enthusiastically accepted the offer.

Rosenda's journey with us began back in 2013 when she joined ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº as the Associate Director/Sr. System Business Analyst. Over the years she demonstrated her unwavering dedication and unparalleled expertise, propelling her career to new heights. She swiftly became the Associate Registrar and Director of Enrollment Technologies in 2018, showcasing her remarkable leadership skills. In 2021, she took on the role of Interim Executive Director of Student Support, and most recently, from 2021 to 2023, she served as the Executive Director of Enrollment Management & Operational Technology. Her technical ingenuity has transformed our systems, ensuring an enhanced student journey that aligns with our division's vision of designing better experiences for students. Furthermore, her genuine care and compassion for her team, division, and students have made her an extraordinary leader and role model.

I would also like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the diligent members of the Selection Committee, as well as LaMonica Whittaker, for their leadership during this search. Their efforts have led us to an outstanding candidate who will continue to bring renewed energy and passion to our work as we navigate the implementation of Workday Student in collaboration with CHESS.

Rosenda's appointment as the AVP of Enrollment Management and Student Success at ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº is well deserved and we eagerly anticipate the outstanding contributions she will continue to make to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº.
