Relationship Wellness Month and Teen Dating Violence Awareness Month happen every February as a  reminder to work on keeping our relationships healthy. Relationships can be tricky — they evolve as we grow older and encounter new experiences. Sometimes they can be frustrating or make us angry. But by being mindful of how we interact with others and the decisions we make in our relationships, we can build and sustain happy and strong connections that last.
