ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº

Unless otherwise specifically defined elsewhere in the Agreement, the following definitions shall be applicable throughout the Agreement:

3.1

AGREEMENT - This contract between the Governing Board and the Union.

3.2

BARGAINING UNIT - shall mean the group of employees designated by the ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Labor Relations Board to be represented for the purposes of collective bargaining under this Agreement.

3.3

COLLEGE - shall mean the ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº New Mexico Community College or ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº.

3.4

UNION - shall mean the ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Employees Union or ÎçÒ¹Ó°ÔºEU.

3.5

EMPLOYEE - shall mean an employee in the bargaining unit for whom the Union has been recognized as exclusive representative.

3.6

ISU - Instructional Support Unit

3.7

WORKSITE REPRESENTATIVE - an employee who is designated by the Union to represent the Union in dealings with ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº. The Union President shall designate in writing to the Labor Relations Officer those employees considered by the Union to be worksite representatives.
