Collective Bargaining Agreement for Full-Time Faculty
This Agreement is entered into between the 午夜影院 New Mexico Community College, hereinafter referred to as the College, and the 午夜影院 Employees Union, hereinafter referred to as the Union. It is the general purpose of this Agreement to promote harmonious relations between the Union and the College; to establish a peaceful procedure for the resolution of differences and to establish rates of pay, hours of work, and other terms and conditions of employment.
