Connecting to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº_TLS Wireless with SecureW2
For details about SecureW2 and ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº wireless networks, please refer to Using the Wireless Networks. Follow the steps below to connect to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº_TLS using SecureW2.
- If on campus, select ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº_Guest from the Wi-Fi settings on your Mac device.Ìý
OR
If off campus, select any trusted wireless connection.
2. Open a browser (Safari) and go to .Ìý
3. Select I have a ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº ID.Ìý
Note: In the Select your device list, verify your device type is correctly detected. If incorrect, choose the correct device type. |
4. Select Sign In.
5. Enter your ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº email address.
6. Select Next.
7. Enter your ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Password.
8. Select Sign In.Ìý
9. Once the account is verified, a dialog box displays.
10. Select Join Now.
- If prompted, confirm or change where to save the SecureW2 file, then select Save.
11. In the top-left corner, select the Apple icon to locate the SecureW2 file.
12. Select System settings.
13. Select Privacy and Security.Ìý
14. Scroll to the bottom of the screen, select Profiles.
15. From the next dialog box, select Install > Install.
16. Enter your device password > OK.
- A dialog box displays indicating it will be making changes. To use Touch ID or enter your password to allow Profiles/MDM to make changes to your system.Ìý
- The profile is verified.
Note: If on campus, verify connection to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº_TLS is successful. You may be prompted to select a network type. If prompted, select Public Network. If off campus, your device will automatically connect to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº_TLS upon arrival. |
