At ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Advisement, we recognize the many different expectations and requirements for each educational pathway.ÌýFor this reason, we recommend scheduling appointments. When you schedule an appointment, we make sure that you are placed with an advisor who has specialized knowledge of your major and degree or certificate program.ÌýÌý

Appointment Hours

Schedule an in-person or virtual appointment with a ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Advisor during the following hours:Ìý

  • Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. - 7 p.m.
    • Limited appointments and walk-in times are available from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.Ìý
  • Friday: 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Please note: Based on the complexity of each issue, follow-up appointments may be necessary in order to make sure you are set up for success.

Tips for the Best Advisement Experience

  • Have your ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº ID number ready to go. If you still need an ID number, please apply to ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº.Ìý
  • Bring previous college transcripts, ACT, SAT, Accuplacer, or other placement exam scores.Ìý
  • Determine the degree or certificate program you are interested in pursuing.
  • ExploreÌýfinancial aid information and determine if you will need financial assistance.Ìý
  • Compile a list of questions you may have for your Advisor. For example:
    • Are any of my required classes available at a specific campus or time?Ìý
    • Can I take any of my required classes online?Ìý

An advisor helps you navigate towards your education goal. Whether it is simply taking a single class or earning an associate’s degree, your advisor will partner with you to help you to identify your strengths and skills to create an individualized plan of action to remove any barriers that might come up along the way.Ìý
