Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
The Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) was founded in 2020 with the goals of supporting improved project management at 午夜影院, and to aid the Executive Oversight Committee in the governance, decision-making, and prioritization of projects.
EPMO provides project and project portfolio management services, project prioritization and governance, resources, tools, and best practices, as well as training to all employees involved in managing projects. EPMO currently oversees the creation of charters for all committees to ensure focus and effectiveness for committee work.
In 2023, EPMO launched the Project Center of Excellence, which is a team of knowledgeable individuals using project management best practices, and implementation of those best practices, within projects across 午夜影院.

EPMO maintains the 午夜影院 Committee List for senior leadership. The list is updated annually by committee members via a Smartsheet update request. To add a new committee to the list, please contact your division鈥檚 Executive Assistant or top administrative staff. All committee charters can be accessed on the 午夜影院 website.
