ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº is here to support students with mental health, wellness, and various community resources, including the ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Food Pantry.

Wellness ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Provides

  • Access to free or low-cost counseling throughÌýBetterMynd.
  • Food and essential items support through Food Pantry and Distribution Days.
  • Access to student well-being event focused workshops.
  • Community resource navigation: identifying needs and acting as a bridge between students and supports.

Wellness ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº provides comprehensive case management services. Current students are welcome to schedule an appointment with ourÌýÌýto discuss their specific needs with our case managers and social work interns.

Additional Support Services

  • , New Mexico’s health insurance marketplace, is now hosting campus hours every Tuesday to help students enroll in low or no-cost health insurance plans.Ìý
    • Location: Main Campus in the Kathie Winograd Student Success Center
    • Schedule:ÌýTuesdays, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.Ìý
  • , a local behavioral health agency that connects students with comprehensive community support, in-person therapy, parenting support classes, and more.ÌýÌý

Distribution Days

Location: Main Campus, Kathie Winograd Student Success Center (KW), Second Floor

Schedule: Tuesdays, 12:30 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

During , students can collect essential items such as diapers, food, clothing, toiletries, and occasionally specialty items like crockpots, hot plates, and vouchers for the Suncat Salon. These distributions are in addition to the regular hours of the ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº Food Pantry, which operates on the Main, Westside, and South Valley campuses.

Donations Needed

Wellness ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº is always accepting donations of new or gently used items such as those on our Donation Items List.ÌýFor any donation questions, please email Benjamin Tobias at [email protected].Ìý

If you are not in a mental health emergency, but would prefer in-person counseling, you may reach out to the Solutions Group at (505) 254-3555. ÎçÒ¹Ó°Ôº students can receive six free sessions of counseling.
